Here, Martin shares her favourite finds from her adopted hometown of Milan and beyond.
What I’m watching

My favourite things to engage with are the consciousness teachings, lessons or downloads [a New Age term for receiving information or inspiration from a higher being] by spiritual teachers I know or admire. On YouTube, I’m always listening to the channelings of Bashar [described as an extraterrestrial consciousness channelled by Darryl Anka], Kryon [a New Age entity channelled by Lee Carroll], or Stewart Pearce’s Angels of Atlantis [described as orb light beings].
When I come home from work and I’m totally brain-dead, I do watch films on Netflix, but I will not watch anything with violence, horror or heavy drama. I’ve noticed how my empath abilities get very messed up when I’m put in front of any content that is fear-based. Even the newspaper needs to be skipped. So sometimes I watch [nature documentaries], any movie that’s about love, or even a heart-warming children’s movie, like Coco [2017].
My Instagram inspiration

Instagram is really heavy these days, so also there, I’m focusing on accounts that are spreading uplifting news or being of service. I love the dance videos on @jasonmabanadance, the incredible AI artwork from @florigenix_ai that feels very multidimensional, and the spiritual downloads from @activationswithjj.
My go-to beauty products

I discovered the beauty brand Lilfox on a trip to Miami, and I absolutely love it. I’m extremely sensitive to anything I put on my body. It must be very high vibration, and I could tell immediately that [founder AlexisRose’s formulations] were made with incredible, pure, natural ingredients. I’m obsessed with the Amazon After Dark face cleansing balm and the Aphrodite rosewater mist. I also love Sacred Serum by Sacred Rituel, which is a very small, niche label made by my friend Marysia [Miernowska], a plant medicine healer in LA.
