The Sheridan City Council awarded the City Hall roof replacement project to Dave Loden Construction of Buffalo, the lowest-qualified bidder, in the amount of $133,885. The approval was part of the consent agenda at Monday night’s City Council business meeting. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.
Damage from a hailstorm that occurred September 12, 2024 is why the building’s roof needs to be replaced. Earlier this month, the City Council approved an award to Dave Loden Construction in the amount of $140,885 to replace the roof on the Sheridan Fire-Rescue building, which was also damaged by the same hailstorm in September of 2024.
