STAR, Idaho (CBS2) — Highway 16, initially expected to remain closed until Nov. 10 at 5 a.m., has reopened ahead of schedule.
The Idaho Transportation Department completed the work early, allowing the highway between State Street and Chinden to reopen Sunday afternoon.
