You know, I think of my time growing up in Springdale, driving around and hearing all of these artists in my car and just dreaming about hearing my fiddle on those records, so it’s such a blessing to get to say that it’s what I get to do,” Fleenor said earlier this year.This is her seventh nomination. Shay MooneyShay Mooney, one half of the group Dan + Shay, grew up on his family farm in Natural Dam, Arkansas, in Crawford County. Dan + Shay was nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year.This is the tenth time they’ve been nominated for that award. They won in 2019 and 2020.Phillip Sweet and Jimi WestbrookPhillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook make up half of the vocal group Little Big Town. Sweet was born in Pocahontas and Westbrook was born in Jacksonville.Little Big Town is nominated for Vocal Group of the Year.The group has won the award six times previously. This is their 19th nomination in that category.
