Justin Timberlake has been copping a bit of grief lately, getting backlash for his lacklustre performances in concert.

Many fans have walked out of his gigs and blasted the performer his terrible shows.

Well, now we know what’s probably behind all of this, with Justin revealing he’s been recently diagnosed with lyme disease.

This is a bacterial infection transmitted through a tick bite.

It sounds ghastly, with dizziness, chest pain, joint pain, fatigue, and other symptoms.

That might explain why he’s been not exactly setting the stage on fire.

Timberlake took to Instagram, posting: “I’ve been battling some health issues, which I don’t say so you feel bad for me, just to shed some light on what I’ve been going through behind the scenes”.

So we do have sympathy for him and hope he can get on top of that and we wish him well – of course he is a talented guy.

Jesse (second from right) has said he is not available for part two.

And there’s a sequel coming up for The Social Network, the movie which followed the rise and rise of Facebook, with Jesse Eisenberg playing founder Mark Zuckerberg.

It was a great, great film and while Jesse has said he is not available for part two, instead, we’re going to have Jeremy Strong, who we know and love from Succession, taking the role of Zuckerberg on.

Mikey Madison, who won the Oscar this year and Jeremy Allen White are also being considered for roles in the film.
