The 2025 holiday season has officially begun at Disneyland Resort, and “it’s a small world” Holiday is now open. This festive holiday overlay turns each scene of the classic Disneyland attraction into a celebration of Christmas, New Year’s, and other winter holidays.

The exterior is decorated with Christmas lights and a Santa hat on the famous clock face.
As you enter the ride building you are greeted with garland and a Happy Holidays sign. The first room features flats of oversized toys and treats.
In the first room, the personification of the wind blows golden snowflakes overhead.
This is already a snowy room, but extra touches include Santa’s workshop.
A reindeer “Joyeuses Fêtes” (“Happy Holidays”) sign welcomes guests into the European room.
This room has gained trees trimmed with lights, a giant nutcracker, and a “Season’s Greetings” banner across the British bridge. There’s also garland, wreaths, paper chains, and faux candles.
Next to the Alice in Wonderland chess set is a Christmas tree decorated and lit up. Strings of ornaments hang from the ceiling.
A ballerina dances with a nutcracker doll. And the goat in the Scottish highlands holds Santa’s Naughty and Nice List.
Baby New Year is on a crescent moon with a light-up “2026” sign next to the Eiffel Tower.
In the Asia room are dozens of fireworks about to be launched or going off in the air thanks to special lighting.
There are also towers of red lanterns honoring Lunar New Year traditions.
Moving into Africa, there are additional string lights and lanterns on tall sticks. Bubbly garland hangs around Ariel.

The final area before you exit has seasonal postcards, including one with a reath and a red bow, which reads Weather’s nice!! Disneyland USA.
