A Westport woman was stuck for nearly an hour on the Joker rollercoaster at Six Flags New England.
Samantha Stanley said she was stuck on the ride at its highest point with her friend’s 11-year-old child when it happened.

Stanley said to make things worse, it also started to rain.
Approximately 45 minutes later, the ride started to move and everyone made it safely to the bottom.
She said Six Flags gave all riders vouchers and dry clothes.

Stanley said she is not afraid to go back, and will continue to ride on rollercoasters.
