March CBOT wheat closed up less than a penny at $5.59 per bushel. March KC wheat was down 1¾¢ at $5.43 per bushel. March Minneapolis wheat was up 6¾¢ at $5.88.
February live cattle ended the day down 93¢ at $220.85 per hundredweight (cwt). January feeder cattle closed down 23¢ at $326.05 per cwt. February lean hogs were down $1.40 at $78.03 per cwt.
Ahead of 2:30 p.m. CT, January crude oil was up 93¢ at $60.79 per barrel.
The S&P 500 Index was down 24.89 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 331.27 points.

This morning, USDA announced China is buying 792,000 metric tons of soybeans for the 2025/2026 marketing year.
Ahead of 9 a.m. CT, January feeder cattle were down 95¢ at $325.33 per hundredweight (cwt). February live cattle were down 5¢ at $221.73 per cwt. February lean hogs were up 8¢ at $79.50 per cwt.
January crude oil was down 33¢ at $59.53 per barrel.
The U.S. Dollar Index December contract was down to 99.37.
The S&P 500 Index was down 59.62 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 488.49 points.
