One person has been detained as the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office investigates a report of a man shooting at cars Tuesday in the North Highlands area.The incident was reported around 3 p.m. near Madison Avenue and College Oak Drive. There was no evidence that anyone was hit in the shooting, the sheriff’s office said. A K9 and sheriff’s helicopter was assisting in the investigation.This story is developing.
